I have been working in kitchens since I was 16 years old. When I replaced a knife with a camera it didn't feel right, so after working on my MFA I realized that I needed to combine both of my favorite tools to find my true path. Through the lens I capture images of delectable dishes, handcrafted products and those who make them.

I also keep myself busy in the kitchen, playing with recipes and flavors from all over the world, while trying to source the ingredients as locally as possible. Find recipes and stories of what I serve on my table at home.
